About Ms. Honahnie

Hello families! My name is Trinity L. Honahnie, formally the MDS Parent Liaison. I am a former Panther having attended MDS for 1st- 6th grade. I am vey happy to be apart of the Panther team and serve my village/ community.

My work in the educational field started almost twenty years when I was hired to work in Special Education at the former Tuba City Eagles Nest Elementary School. Eventually I moved to Tucson, Arizona where I gained more experience as a pre-school teacher and then a para-professional at Homer Davis Elementary. Over the years I have gained experience with not only working with children, but the parents, guardians, and families as well.

In January 2024, I was hired as the MDS Registrar/ Receptionist. Having served 9 years as the Parent Liaison, I am looking forward to continuing the working relationships I have established with our MDS families. My office hours are 7:00am - 12:30pm/ 1:30pm - 4:00pm, Mon thru Fri.
